Cellular Counter Didnt Reset!!

Data counter didnt reset at midnight last night. Had to manually reset it again. Number of days changed to match plan but counter never changed, just kept right on going. Custom counter will not hold the name I give it no matter how many times I try. Just bought it. I will give it one more cycle then review again.
